Change is not necessarily a bad thing [or so they say]

I have not posted anything on this blog, since its inception and I feel bad about that. I am now confronted with a dilemma, well it is not so much so, but at this point [of regrets and thinking, I should have heeded calls when people would ask, why am I mum about the writing thing], it is a dilemma. This, however, should not completely deplete my [go-get(er)] zest. Where there is a will, there is a way [and I honestly wish I could say this at this point].

Enough said about my woes, I just want to drop-by, and let everyone know that there are definitely going to be some changes with this baby [blog]. I have learned, over the past five months, that successful blogs really need consistency in order to thrive. Lawd knows I have not been doing my best in maintaining my precious. I have been seriously considering these changes for quite sometime now and a lot of planning went into this dramatic transition. I assure anyone that is, and that is not necessarily a 'follower' of the blog that the change is most definitely for the best and they're fun.

J'adore Candice Swanepoel.

Candice Swanepoel has become somewhat of a muse to me lately. This South African born beauty was born in Mooi River, KwaZulu-Natal in October '88, best known for her work with Victoria’s Secret. She is the first South African to be chosen as a contract angel by Victoria’s Secret. I will be honest with you because my buzz only started when she appeared alongside Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima and Miranda Kerr in 2010, when she signed up to be one of the Victoria's Secret Angels. Here is a summarised version of her background. She was raised by her mom in SA, spotted by a modelling scout at a Durban flea market at the age of 15 she discontinued school. and at the age of 16 she was earning about R40 000 as a pro. model.

 She has adorned covers of Vogue (Greece), ELLE (Germany), and Ocean Drive (U.S.). Candy, as she is affectionately known is associated in at least one ad campaing with the brands  Nike, Diesel, Guess?, and Versus Eyewear. She has walked the runway for Tommy Hilfiger, Dolce and Gabbana, Sass and Bide, Betsey Johnson, Diane von Fürstenberg, Abaete, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Amuleti, Krizia, Lela Rose, Coveri, Nanette Lepore, Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti, Trussardi, Roberto Musso, Evisu and an impressive number of other fabulous designers.

The girl is fabulous talent and has an amazingly fascinating beauty. If you miss her ... She brings the kind of flair that encourages gays to come out of the closet with big bags and funny expressions.

Hello again you beautiful, spankful, silly you! First off, I want say happy new year to all who are dedicated followers of this blog (even if not official). You are much adored. 2010 came and went and I suppose this year is also in transit.
